Hey there Dani,
In order for your artwork to appear in the art portal you need at least 4 pieces of artwork before someone can scout you. If you don't get scouted right away, keep at it and practice on improving your artwork. You are only 12 years old and way better than I was at that age so don't get discouraged! Practice practice practice! And the image you uploaded is not in it's upright position. Make sure you rotate your artwork before you upload it.
